Happy Endings

Three interconnected stories about Angelenos unfold through their relationships with each other. A psychologist at an abortion clinic, Mamie, is approached by a filmmaker who wants to make a documentary about her discovering her son, but she's torn between wanting to know the truth and not wanting her personal life exposed. Meanwhile, her stepbrother Charley, who's in a long-term relationship with an architect, becomes convinced that his friends used his sperm to father their child without telling him. In the third story, a young musician named Otis secretly has a crush on his boss, Charley, but is afraid to reveal his feelings due to his wealthy father's disapproval.
