In 60 B.C., a young Vercingetorix witnesses the brutal Roman occupation of Gaul, which results in the capture and execution of his father. A wise druid, Guttuart, inspires Vercingetorix to seek justice by liberating Gaul from Roman rule. As an adult, Vercingetorix becomes a fearless warrior and initially allies with Julius Caesar, but is later betrayed and leads his own army against Caesar to fulfill Guttuart's prophecy.
