Alex's dream of attending Harvard hinges on securing a summer internship, which he hopes will qualify him for a scholarship. When a D.C. job falls through, he turns to his smooth-talking cousin Roger, who claims to be an aquatic engineer. However, Roger's true occupation is as a pool boy in Beverly Hills, and he proposes a scheme to create a fake internship for Alex. They take over a wealthy client's mansion, transforming it into a brothel, with Alex tasked with managing the finances. As the scholarship interview draws near, chaos ensues.
