In 1974, CIA agents Butler and his colleague locate a Hungarian castle where a werewolf is said to live. Their mission is to take a sample of its blood for research, aiming to create an army of soldiers with werewolf-like abilities. However, Butler's desperation to obtain more blood leads him to inject himself with the remaining blood, turning him into a werewolf. He goes on a killing spree before being shot with silver bullets by his boss, Miller.
