Hercules, a demigod and superhuman, arrives in ancient Greece to tutor Iphitus, son of King Pelias. He soon falls in love with the king's daughter Iole, but must first complete a series of quests to win her heart. Along the way, he joins forces with Jason, the rightful heir of Iolcus, and together they embark on the legendary voyage of the Argonauts.
