A Secret Service agent, disillusioned with the new president's morals, is reassigned to "football duty" to guard the nuclear briefcase. The briefcase must remain within 40 feet of the president at all times, but when the president and the briefcase are captured during unofficial negotiations with a Chinese businessman, the agent must navigate the crisis.
