In Manhattan, vampires Goody and Stacy share a night-shift apartment and work, while keeping their true ages a secret. Despite being turned by the evil Cisserus, they drink only mouse blood and attend Vampire Anonymous. Stacy falls for classmate Joey, unaware he's the son of Dr. Van Helsing, a vampire slayer. Meanwhile, Goody reconnects with her old flame Danny, whose wife is terminally ill. When Stacy becomes pregnant, Goody realizes their only hope for the child's survival is killing Cisserus, but no one knows where his lair is.
