The Bone Collector

Former detective Lincoln Rhyme, a quadriplegic, is forced to abandon his plan for assisted suicide when a serial killer starts abducting people in taxis and leaving them to die in gruesome ways. With time running out, Rhyme enlists the reluctant help of Amelia Donaghy, a young detective still haunted by her father's suicide, to track down the killer before it's too late.
