A Mexican man, Uncle John, played by Danny Trejo, seeks revenge for his brother's murder as he tries to cross the US/Mexico border. His nephew, Bondo, attempts to complete his father's journey north, but a corrupt Tijuana cop hinders his efforts. Meanwhile, Bondo's cousin Maria is trapped in a relationship with the cop and longs to escape. Bondo's homemade flying machine lands him at the Santa Monica pier in California, but he's caught and forced to become a drug mule by the cop. Uncle John learns of this and sets out to exact his final revenge.
