The Legend of Butch & Sundance

Butch Parker, a former criminal, gets a second chance after being released from jail in Wyoming. He befriends Harry, a naive ranch hand, and together they join a gang led by Mike Cassidy, robbing targets protected by the ruthless Pinkerton Agency. After Mike's death, Butch takes over as the leader, earning the gang the reputation of Robin Hoods as they target the unpopular railroad. Faking their own deaths, they retire to a pueblo in Mexico with their shared love interest, Etta Place, a photographer. However, Sergeant Sanchez is determined to capture them and claim the bounty on their heads or a larger share of their loot.
