Son of Godzilla

A team of scientists on a remote island in the South Seas, Sollgel, are conducting weather experiments to address global population growth, but their efforts inadvertently create giant mutated mantises, Kamacuras. A reporter, Goro Maki, discovers the island and its inhabitants, including a castaway woman named Saeko, and witnesses the monstrous mantises grow even larger.
