Rise: Blood Hunter

Sadie Blake, a snoopy reporter, receives a cryptic message from her colleague Ethan Mills, who claims to have uncovered a dark secret in Koreatown. After Tricia Rawlins, a Goth, is found brutally murdered, Sadie decides to investigate the mysterious address. She discovers an abandoned house with a gruesome basement, leading her to Ethan's apartment, where she's kidnapped by a stranger and taken to Bishop, who seeks information about Tricia's final words.
