In a dystopian future, a ruthless corporation seeks to eradicate the last remnants of the Bronx's inhabitants to construct luxury high-rise developments. Standing in their way is Trash, a fierce and temperamental warrior with a penchant for explosives. Joined by his equally unstable preschool son and a persistent activist, Trash kidnaps the corporation's President, a Richard Dreyfuss lookalike, in a desperate bid to stop the corporation's sinister plans.
