On Christmas Eve 1851, the Doctor arrives in London to find a festive atmosphere, but his festive mood is disrupted when a woman in distress calls for his help, only to find another doctor answering her call. This impostor seems to know more than he should, dresses like the Doctor, and even has a Tardis - a hot air balloon in his version.
