A vengeful architect targets a Los Angeles drug cartel to disrupt the flow of lethal drugs after his girlfriend's daughter succumbs to an overdose.

Paul Kersey, a family man with a talent for eliminating street crime, hopes to retire from his vigilante ways after cleaning up a neighborhood in Death Wish 3. However, chaos and destruction continue to plague the city, and with international drug dealers supplying most of LA's narcotics, Kersey must take action to stop their reign of terror. When an innocent person dies from an overdose, Kersey's Ruger Mini-14 rifle takes matters into his own hands. Who can stand in the way of justice and Kersey's wrath?
