A young boy's aspirations to become a professional soccer player are brutally crushed when he is illegally transported across the border and subjected to grueling labor in a Los Angeles sweatshop.
Jesús, a young farmer, leaves his rural Mexican home to pursue his soccer dreams at a Los Angeles camp, but is instead sold to a sweatshop run by El Jefe, who subjects him to an 18-hour work schedule.
