In a secluded mansion, two brothers cohabitate, one of whom is severely disfigured. The other brother lures young women, often prostitutes, to their isolated estate, where they are subjected to a gruesome ritualistic slaughter. However, when one brother becomes emotionally invested in their next victim, the situation spirals out of control.
