In the action-packed film, a skilled hitman selects unsuspecting individuals to assist him with his missions, only to eliminate them once the task is complete. His next assignment takes him to Bangkok, where he meets a street-smart local named Kong. After a close call, Kong discovers Joe's true identity and asks him to train him. Meanwhile, Joe becomes involved with a deaf local woman, but struggles to keep his dangerous profession a secret from her.
