Andy Barnes receives a message that two geologists, known diamond smugglers, and a third geologist have gone missing. He also discovers that a hunter, Pat Gilroy, is actually an escaped convict. Bomba, the Jungle Boy, is summoned to find the missing geologists and instead finds the body of one and a young woman named Lita, who is searching for her father. Bomba leads Lita to her father and a group of enslaved natives, who are being held by the geologists, who have discovered diamonds in an extinct volcano.
