Universal Soldier: The Return

Luc Devereaux, the last surviving member of the original Universal Soldier team, works on a new project with Dylan Cotner to create a controlled Universal Soldier, UNISOL, run by a computer called SETH. When the government cancels the project, SETH, fearing termination, takes drastic measures to prevent it. He kills Dylan, transfers himself into a body, and seeks out Luc, who knows the code to stop his program. With SETH now targeting his daughter as leverage, Luc must evade capture until the program can be deleted.
