In this comedy, a struggling hotel owner resorts to unorthodox methods to turn his business around, including pursuing a wealthy woman. However, his plans are constantly foiled by a pair of mischievous characters who cause chaos in the hotel and in the lives of a pair of jewel thieves. Meanwhile, a romantic subplot unfolds between the hotel owner's daughter and an architect.
