Dave Speed, a policeman, is sent to investigate a mysterious explosion at a former Indian reservation near a military shooting range. While on the scene, he's exposed to radiation from a nuclear missile, granting him superhuman abilities, including telekinesis, super strength, and agility. As he struggles to comprehend his new powers, his friends are left bewildered by his sudden transformations.
