Sarah, a woman with a fear of flying, joins a support group to overcome her phobia and start her new life with her partner Tom and his young daughter. However, her lies are exposed when Tom discovers her in a panic at the airport. The group's flight to Iceland becomes a nightmare with turbulence, panic attacks, and vomiting passengers. The return flight is canceled due to bad weather, and the group must spend the night in a luxury hotel. As the weather worsens, the group's dynamics become increasingly tense, and Sarah's only hope of returning to Tom is a cargo plane with an untrustworthy pilot.
