In the decommissioned nuclear power plant, a politician's tour is disrupted by a terrorist group led by Samson, who seeks to detonate a nuclear bomb. With local police and plant workers slaughtered, Jeffers and Janine must face off against Samson and his squad to prevent the catastrophic event.
