Clark has been a staple of the stand-up comedy scene for approximately three decades, performing at esteemed clubs, on late-night television shows such as "The Tonight Show", and in HBO comedy specials. In addition to his extensive work in comedy, he has also appeared in over 50 feature films and numerous episodic television shows.

Prior to his career in entertainment, Clark served as a decorated Infantry Platoon Leader in Vietnam, where he witnessed firsthand the struggles of war. He brought his unique perspective to the masses in the 1980s, using humor to raise awareness about the plight of Vietnam Veterans. As a result, he was adopted by various Veteran Organizations across the United States.

Clark's journey from his home state of Georgia to Hollywood was marked by a series of significant milestones. He made his debut on "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson" and quickly landed his first recurring role on television as "Fred the Chauffeur" on "Remington Steele".

Throughout his career, Clark has taken on a wide range of characters, including "Harry" on "Home Improvement", "Jules Lambermont" on "The Drew Carey Show", "Chet Hunter" on "Boy Meets World", and "Bob Nelson" on "The Jamie Foxx Show". He is perhaps best known for his iconic role as "Farmer Fran" in "The Waterboy" and more recently received critical acclaim for his portrayal of "Marlin Whitmore" in "50 First Dates".

Clark's travels have taken him around the world, including a recent USO Tour in Iraq with Drew Carey.
