In his ancestral homeland, Clotaire Sangala, a man with a mysterious past, returns to Africa after years in Paris. Raised by a Chinese martial arts master who found him as an infant in a trash can, Clotaire has no knowledge of his parents' illustrious history. He will transform into "Black Snake", a masked vigilante and champion of the people, fighting against the oppressive dictator Hezekiah.
