Zondra Wilson is a multifaceted individual who has made a name for herself in various fields. Born and raised in Cleveland, she developed a passion for performing through her education in the Cleveland Public School System. Wilson went on to earn a degree in Mass Media Communications/News from The University of Akron, which led her to a successful career in broadcast journalism.
After several years of working as a news/sports reporter in the Midwest, Zondra decided to follow God's calling and relocate to Los Angeles. She made her television debut in 2006 with a guest starring role as a newscaster on the CBS hit daytime soap opera "The Young and The Restless". Wilson's acting career continued to flourish as she landed leading roles in several independent feature films, including the suspense thriller "The Seer" opposite Bella Thorne and "Shangri-LA: Near Extinction" opposite Eric Szmanda.
In addition to her work in feature films, Zondra has also made a name for herself in the world of short films. Her short film "Palms" won the award for best drama in the short film category at the International Family Film Festival in Los Angeles, while "My Name is Karma" was selected for several film festivals, including a win as best comedic short in The Atlanta Urban Mediamakers film festival and the prestigious Pan African Film Festival.
Throughout her career, Zondra has had the opportunity to work with renowned directors and producers, including "World War Z" director Marc Forster, award-winning director William Branden Blinn, and Belgian television writer and editor, best known as the creator and co-executive producer of the NBC television series "The Event".
