In high school, Crosby's talents earned him top honors at the WV Thespian State Competition, a testament to his dedication and natural aptitude.
As he continued to develop his skills, Crosby had the privilege of training under the renowned Wolfe Brothers, and he is set to further his education at Tom Savini's Effects School in June. In addition to his work as a makeup artist, Crosby has also had a successful acting career. He has taken on the lead roles in all IWC Films productions under the direction of Justin Channell, showcasing his versatility and range as a performer. Crosby's comedic timing has been particularly praised, with Tom Root commenting that he has the ability to "make stereoinstructions funny" in his role in Raising the Stakes (2005).
