Biography

The individual in question spent his formative years in Ankara, a city located in the heart of Turkey, before relocating to Istanbul, the country's largest city, alongside his family. His family, originating from the Kurdish community, played a significant role in shaping his early life.

As he entered adulthood, he made the decision to discontinue his civil engineering studies at Istanbul Technical University in 1987, opting instead to pursue a career in the performing arts. He joined the esteemed On Duty Theater Staff, led by the renowned Ferhan Sensoy, and soon became an integral part of the team.

In addition to his work with the theater company, he also held the position of chief screenwriter for Levent Kirca's long-running television sketch show, Olacak O Kadar. This marked a significant milestone in his career, as he honed his skills as a writer and performer.

In 1988, he took the bold step of founding his own theatre company, Güldüsündürü, which would go on to stage a highly successful production of his self-penned play, Suleiman the Magnificent and Rambo, or Kanuni Sultan Süleyman and Rambo in Turkish. This production showcased his talent as a playwright and marked a significant achievement in his career as a performer and writer.
