Wess Morgan, a multifaceted individual with a profound impact on the world, embarked on a transformative journey to discover his life's purpose. As the son of pastors Joseph and Yolanda Morgan, he was immersed in the world of gospel music from a young age, traveling and singing alongside his parents and siblings.
However, Morgan's early life was marked by struggles with substance abuse, leading him down a path of addiction and multiple stints in jail and recovery centers. This arduous and trying period would eventually become the catalyst for his life's mission.
With a newfound sense of purpose, Morgan dedicated himself to helping others who had taken a similar path, establishing the Repre Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to drug and alcohol prevention and recovery. This endeavor was further bolstered by the founding of Bowtie World Music, a music and film production company.
Morgan's remarkable journey culminated in the release of his debut album, Look at Me Now, in 2007, which resonated deeply with the Christian and gospel communities, allowing him to tour and promote his foundation and mission. This success was followed by the release of his second album, Under an Open Heaven, in 2010, cementing his status as a talented singer, recording artist, pastor, and director.
