Wayne Allen is a renowned American actor, recognized for his captivating on-screen presence and intense performances in various film projects. Born on November 15, 1977, in Amarillo, Texas, Allen spent his childhood in Modesto, California, where he was raised by his parents, Danny Allen, a butcher, and Cathy Allen, a Migrant Ed teacher, alongside his five siblings.
Growing up, Allen excelled in sports, winning numerous awards in football, wrestling, and baseball throughout his high school years. He also developed an early interest in tattooing, which he pursued as a hobby at the age of 14. After graduating from Grace M. Davis High School in Modesto, Allen went on to hone his craft of tattooing, eventually opening his world-renowned tattoo shop, Red Dragon Tattoo, in Modesto, which remains operational to this day.
In addition to his tattooing career, Allen created and hosted "Wayne Allen's Ink Master Tattoo Show," attracting thousands of tattoo enthusiasts and renowned artists to the Central Valley of California. In 2008, he began performing stand-up comedy at local clubs, including Modesto's Phat Kat, and eventually made his way through California's Central Valley and Bay Area, performing in various comedy circuits.
Following minor successes in stand-up comedy, including performances at the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles, Allen decided to relocate to Hollywood in 2011 to pursue his passion for acting and film. He was accepted into Tony Barr's School For Film Actors, where he began booking roles, mainly as an antagonist. Allen's filmography includes various independent projects and most recently, he acted alongside Charlie Hunnam and Marilyn Manson for the final season of FX's Sons of Anarchy.
