Ward Serrill is a renowned film director who has garnered widespread critical acclaim for his work. His notable credits include the feature film "The Heart of the Game", which was released by Miramax and praised by Ebert and Roeper as an "Oscar level piece of work". Additionally, he has created over 90 short films, including collaborations with prominent actors such as Robert Redford and Sissy Spacek.
Serrill has also produced and directed a range of projects, including the documentary "Success at the Core" for Vulcan Productions, "Something in the Water" for PBS, and "Babies Behind Bars" for Starfish Media. His feature documentary, "Song of the New Earth", explores themes of humanity and the environment, while "TreeStory", a six-part series, delves into the significance of trees in human culture.
Serrill's latest feature, "The Bowmakers", is currently in worldwide release, and he is set to release "Dancing with the Dead: The Life and Times of Red Pine" in 2023.
