Biography

Vincent Klyn's life journey commenced in New Zealand, where he took his first breath, before relocating to Hawaii at the tender age of four. A prodigious surfer, Klyn's passion for the sport was evident from a very young age, as he began riding the waves with an uncanny ease. By the time he reached the ripe age of 13, he had already made a name for himself on the Pro Circuit, showcasing his exceptional skills to the world. The mid-1980s saw Klyn soar to new heights, as he became one of the top five surfers in the world, garnering numerous endorsement deals as a result of his remarkable talent.

As his surfing career continued to flourish, Klyn's path crossed with filmmaker Albert Pyun, who recognized the young surfer's charisma and acting potential. In the late 1980s, Pyun cast Klyn in the iconic movie Cyborg (1989),alongside action superstar Jean-Claude Van Damme. Klyn's breakout role as Fender Tremolo cemented his status as a rising star in the world of entertainment, marking the beginning of an illustrious career that would span decades to come.
