Vilma Kutaviciute, a talented individual, was born on June 15, 1988, in Vilnius, Lithuania, where she was raised in a family with a strong musical heritage. Having completed her education at a musical school, Vilma developed a strong foundation in piano playing.
In 2008, she pursued higher education at the renowned Russian Academy of Theater Arts (RATI-GITIS),under the guidance of the esteemed Russian director and professor, Leonid Heyfets.
Following her graduation, Vilma began her professional career at the prestigious Vakhtangov Theater, where she took on the iconic role of Tatiana in the production of "Eugene Onegin". She also had the opportunity to work with the Praktika theater, where she appeared in a variety of productions directed by Ivan Vyrypaev.
In addition to her stage work, Vilma made her foray into screen acting with her debut in the 2013 film "Break Loose", directed by Aleksey Uchitel. Her subsequent film and television credits include notable projects such as "Trudnye podrostki" (2019),"The Humorist" (2019),and "Trotsky" (2017).
In 2015, Vilma ventured into directing, staging "Nameless Star" by Mihail Sebastian at the Ermolova Theater. Two years later, she further honed her directing skills under the guidance of Eimuntas Nekrosius at the Meno Fortas Theater in Vilnius, Lithuania.
