Ulla Jacobsson was a renowned Swedish actress of international acclaim, whose illustrious career spanned multiple decades and transcended linguistic and cultural boundaries.
She rose to global fame with her starring roles in two landmark films: "One Summer of Happiness" (1951),also known as "Sie tanzte nur einen Sommer" in German, and "Smiles of a Summer Night" (1955),which was later adapted into a musical by Zarah Leander in Vienna and Stockholm.
In the United Kingdom, Jacobsson gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of the daughter of a missionary, played by the esteemed actor Jack Hawkins, in the critically acclaimed film "Zulu" (1964).
