Tyler Matthew Young, a talented individual, hails from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, where he spent his formative years, and has since relocated to Los Angeles, California. His notable roles include portraying Philip Shea in the critically acclaimed USA Network limited series "Eyewitness" (2016),directed by the renowned Catherine Hardwicke and co-starring the accomplished Julianne Nicholson.
In addition to his work on "Eyewitness", Tyler also starred in the 2019 Dimension horror film "Polaroid" (2019),opposite the talented Kathryn Prescott.
Prior to his breakout roles, Tyler started his career in Chicago, appearing in guest roles on episodes of Fox's hit drama "Empire" (2015) and NBC's popular series "Chicago Fire" (2012). He has since made guest appearances on the CBS medical drama series "Code Black" (2015),as well as the Dustin Lance Black penned ABC limited series "When We Rise" (2017),directed by the acclaimed Gus Van Sant.
