Biography

Troy and Trevor Parham, the dynamic duo behind Twiintone Publishing and Twiintone Entertainment, LLC, are a force to be reckoned with in the entertainment industry. Hailing from Philadelphia, these multifaceted brothers are songwriters, producers, screenwriters, and actors, each bringing their unique talents to the table.

Their controversial novel, "MR. MALIK", has garnered national attention and inspired their first short film production, "MILLIONAIRE". With a strong foundation in drama training from the Cobbs Creek Center for the Arts, the brothers have honed their skills in several onstage productions and even dabbled in stand-up comedy in Atlanta, Georgia. Currently, they are working with renowned New York acting coach Anthony Abescon in Manhattan, striving to establish themselves as versatile on-screen performers.

Prior to venturing into filmmaking, Troy and Trevor were songwriters/producers, collaborating with numerous accomplished artists in Philadelphia, New York, Atlanta, and Las Vegas. Their impressive credentials include winning first place in a hip-hop/rap competition at the Philadelphia Uptown Nu-Tech in 1988, featuring 30 aspiring artists from the tri-state area. In 1989, they released their debut single, "Listen to the DJ", which sold astronomically despite lacking major distribution.

In 2004, the brothers founded Twiintone Entertainment, investing $20,000 in a state-of-the-art home studio. They continued to write and produce songs for up-and-coming Philadelphia and New York artists, with their music reaching a nationwide audience. Their passion for acting and filmmaking promises to make their "big screen" endeavors a resounding success.

Currently, Troy and Trevor are working on a mini-series, CAPITOL HILL, which continues the story from their novel. They are also developing a feature-length film, JENACIDE, based on the true story of the Jena Six, six black teenagers in Jena, Louisiana who were victimized by a racially biased justice system.

In addition to their entertainment endeavors, both brothers have also worked in law enforcement for over a decade in Philadelphia and Delaware County, Pennsylvania, further solidifying their multifaceted nature.
