Tomomi Itano, a Japanese singer and actress, was born in Yokohama, Japan.
In 2005, she joined the renowned all-female Japanese idol group AKB48, which marked the beginning of her illustrious career.
Subsequently, she became a model for the popular woman's fashion magazine Cawaii Kinto Wan!, further solidifying her presence in the Japanese entertainment industry.
In April 2009, she released her debut photo book, titled T.O.M.O.row, which showcased her captivating persona.
Early in 2010, she took on the role of Shibuya in the TV Tokyo AKB48 drama "Majisuka Gakuen", displaying her acting prowess.
