Born in Holon, Israel, Tomer Capone is the second child of business-owner parents. Growing up in the city of Rishon LeZion, he developed a strong sense of community and cultural identity. Following his high school graduation in 2004, Capone was conscripted into the Israel Defense Forces, where he served as a soldier and later a squad leader with the IDF's 202nd battalion of the Paratroopers Brigade.
