Tiny resided in the charming coastal town of Rhyl for a considerable duration, sharing his life with his loving wife Lala. Interestingly, his son Richard has chosen to remain in the area, pursuing his professional endeavors amidst the familiar surroundings. As a matter of fact, I had the pleasure of being his neighbor for a period of 18 years, during which time I had the opportunity to develop a deep affection for this amiable individual.
I must confess that I do recall one particular incident that occurred when I was a bit more reckless in my youth. On a whim, I decided to scale the roof of Tiny's coal shed, only to find myself taking an unexpected tumble into the garden below. To say that Tiny was less than thrilled with my impromptu visit would be an understatement. Nevertheless, this mishap did little to diminish my fondness for the man.
In addition to his many endearing qualities, Tiny was also an accomplished actor who had the privilege of performing in numerous pantomimes throughout the United Kingdom. His talent and charisma undoubtedly endeared him to audiences across the country, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of witnessing his performances.
