Tena Desae is a multifaceted individual, having transitioned from a career as a model to that of an actress, making her debut in the Indian film industry, also known as Bollywood, with the 2011 film Yeh Faasley. Notably, she made her Hollywood debut just about a year later with the 2011 film The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.
In addition to her work in film, Desae has also made her mark on television, appearing in the Netflix series Sense8 in 2015.
