Timoth Conrad Kachumia is a multi-talented filmmaker, renowned for his work as a director, producer, screenwriter, and film editor. His notable projects include Nothing Else (2020),Tena (2022),Sema (2018),Altitude (2017),and Mdundiko (2014).
Timoth's filmmaking journey began in 2007, during which he honed his skills as a film editor, specializing in graphics and special effects. In 2013, he founded his first film production company, Timamu Movie Production, and went on to produce his first horror film, Home Village, followed by Mdundiko, Dogo Masai, and Single Zero.
In 2014, Timoth's films, Dogo Masai, Mdundiko, and Single Zero, received multiple international awards at the Silicon Valley African Film Festival in the United States. His success continued in 2019, when he won 'The best viewers choice and Best Director awards at The African Film Festival in Dallas, Texas, United States.
In 2017, Timoth joined Recording Radio Film Connection & CASA Schools in Los Angeles, California, where he had the opportunity to work on the film Altitude (2017),featuring renowned actors Dolph Lundgren and Denise Richards.
In 2020, Timoth relocated to the United States and embarked on a new chapter in his filmmaking career. The following year, he founded his new film production company, Ticfy Inc., and released his first US-based film, Nothing Else, a mind-bending feature film about two strangers trapped in a room and stuck in a time loop. Nothing Else is now available worldwide on Amazon Prime.
