Tiffany was born in Paradise, California, and spent her early years in San Diego, California. Her mother, recognizing her young talent, entered her into numerous children's pageants and talent competitions, which ultimately led to voice-over work for television and commercials. Some of her notable early roles included "Care Bears", "Florida Orange Juice", "IBM", and "Jell-O Puddin' Pops" alongside Bill Cosby.
As she grew older, Tiffany began to make a name for herself in the entertainment industry. Her big break came when she appeared in the film "Heart Like a Wheel" in 1983 alongside Hoyt Axton. Her peers encouraged her to pursue a career in television, and she went on to land a recurring guest role on the popular show "Webster" from 1984 to 1985, playing the character Kathy.
Tiffany's most notable role to date was that of "V.I.C.I.", a child robot, on the FOX network's first sitcom, "Small Wonder", which aired from 1985 to 1989 and gained a large following. After the show ended, she appeared in a number of other television shows, including a recurring role as Katie Rogan on several episodes of "Equal Justice" in 1990.
In addition to her work in television, Tiffany is a devout Christian and has made appearances on several religious programs, including "The 700 Club" in 1991, where she sang and spoke about her faith. She later went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Westmont College and became a counselor for children and young adults in the San Diego area.
In the mid-2000s, Tiffany relocated to Boulder, Colorado, where she worked as a nanny and later earned her degree to become a registered nurse. She has since dedicated herself full-time to her nursing career.
