Theo Caesar is the head of 90210 Talent Agency, serving as its primary Theatrical Agent. His journey into the entertainment industry began at the tender age of 12, when he landed a role in the film "Police Academy 3: Back In Training". As a child actor, he went on to star in numerous film, television, print, and theater productions across New York, California, and Canada.
Born in the South Bronx, New York, Theo's family relocated to Virginia Beach, Virginia when he was 16. During this period, he developed an interest in music and began interning at a recording studio called "TMH (The Music House)". Under the guidance of studio owner David Velazquez, Theo learned how to engineer and produce recordings, eventually becoming the head engineer and business manager of the studio.
In his early twenties, Theo entered into a business partnership with David, and they founded a production company called "QSL Entertainment". He also formed a hip hop group called "Black Reign" with his friends Shante "L.U.V." Holland and Donshay "Big Qweezy" Gregory. Over the years, the trio went on to sell thousands of CDs throughout the East Coast, perform regularly, and even won the 2005 Blendzville Award for Best Independent Label in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
In 2005, Theo joined Studio Center Total Production as a voice over talent, working on radio and television commercials for prominent brands such as McDonald's, Church's Chicken, and Carmax. He eventually decided to re-enter the acting world and moved to Los Angeles in January 2007. Upon his arrival, opportunities on the business side of entertainment began to unfold rapidly. He met casting director/producer Ann Ross and writer/director Tim White, who mentored him in the art of film production. After working with them on their film "Gurdian", Theo founded his own company, TEAM Casting and Production, LLC.
Within his first year in California, Theo diversified his portfolio, taking on roles in acting, casting, talent management, and film production. He was approached by his brother-in-law, entertainment lawyer Christopher Brown, to seek out aspiring producers looking for financing for film and TV projects. Their first successful venture was securing promotion and advertising funds for the Bill Duke-directed, 20th Century Fox project "Cover" through producers Kenneth Dixon and Gus Blackmon. Throughout his illustrious career, Theo has earned the nickname "The O Mazing" due to his tireless work ethic and impressive accomplishments in the entertainment industry.
