Teuira Shanti Napa, a remarkable individual, was born on the picturesque island of Rarotonga, located in the Cook Islands, a group of islands in the South Pacific Ocean. Currently, she is a junior student at Brigham Young University Hawaii, where she is pursuing a dual major in Pacific Island Studies and Political Science.
Prior to her academic endeavors, Teuira made a splash in the world of beauty pageants, having held the esteemed titles of Miss Cook Islands 2012 and Miss South Pacific 2013.
