Terry's journey in the film industry began in 2015, following her retirement from a 30-year career in accounting, driven by her passion for film.
In 2018, Terry relocated to New Mexico, where she joined the New Mexico Film Foundation as Executive Director. After four successful years in this role, she transitioned to the position of President in 2023, continuing her mission to elevate and support the film industry in the state.
In 2020, Terry collaborated with actor Brendan Fehr as Executive Producer on the pilot film, Behind The Yellow House. Their successful partnership continued in 2021 with the series pilot, Baron and Toluca, which premiered at the ATX festival in 2022. Throughout her seven-year career in the industry, Terry has produced over 10 films, with her next project set to be released in the fall of 2024.
Terry's philosophy is that "dreams can be a reality if hard work, persistence, and integrity are your focus...it will truly pay off."
