Terre's journey to finding his true calling began in 1985, when he became fascinated with the idea of creating a movie. This newfound passion led him to purchase a typewriter and delve into the world of screenwriting, utilizing the esteemed guide "Screenwriting" by Syd Field, a book considered the gold standard in the industry at the time and even today.
As he embarked on his writing career, Terre went on to pen dozens of screenplays, including spec and original sitcoms. His creative endeavors didn't stop there, as he also wrote two novels currently being published. In addition to his writing pursuits, Terre has directed six corporate videos, lending his expertise to various projects.
His involvement in the local theater and performance group saw him take a seat on their board, while he also hosted his own comedy night in Southern New Hampshire. Under the banner of Creative Balance Films, Terre has demonstrated his versatility by writing, producing, and directing three original feature films.
Today, Terre resides in New Hampshire with his loving partner and the two boys they share. Despite the demands of his profession, he has managed to strike a perfect balance, allowing him to work from the comfort of his own home, traveling to New York and Los Angeles only when necessary.
