Teresa Huang's life was predestined to follow a path of medicine, but fate had other creative plans in store for her. Born with a passion for the arts, she abandoned the world of problem sets and thermodynamics to pursue a career in writing, acting, and producing. Her parents, still bewildered by her decision, can only wonder what led her to stray from the traditional doctor's path.
Teresa's academic credentials are impressive, boasting a degree from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Her impressive resume also includes a spot in the CBS Writers Mentoring Program and a prestigious WGA TV Writer Access Project honoree title. Her television credits are a testament to her versatility, with notable roles on SUPERSTITION (SYFY),MACGYVER (CBS),SEAL TEAM (CBS),and TOM SWIFT (The CW).
Most recently, Teresa held the position of Supervising Producer on the highly acclaimed AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER (Netflix). Her unique set of skills, often referred to as "superpowers," includes the ability to power nap, parallel park with ease, and spend an excessive amount of money at farmer's markets.
