Tatiana Gabrielle Hobson, professionally known as Tati Gabrielle, hails from the vibrant Bay Area of California. Her upbringing was shaped by her half Korean, half African-American mother and African-American father.
Tati's remarkable acting and performing talents were first recognized in the third grade, when she took center stage in her first show, playing the iconic role of Lemony Snicket in the beloved production of Lemony Snicket's "A Series of Unfortunate Events".
As Tati progressed through her middle school years, she demonstrated a keen interest in the performing arts, auditioning for and subsequently being accepted into the esteemed Oakland School for the Arts' theatre program. During her time at OSA, Tati showcased her remarkable skills as a performer and director, earning numerous awards for her outstanding work at various theatre festivals, including the prestigious Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland.
Tati's dedication to her craft was evident throughout her high school years, as she worked tirelessly to graduate with an impressive 3.7 GPA. Following her high school graduation, Tati relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where she enrolled at Spelman College, majoring in Drama and French.
In late 2015, Tati made the bold decision to relocate to Los Angeles, where she has since landed roles in a wide range of projects, including "Mortal Kombat 2", "The Supremes At Earl's All-You-Can-Eat", "Kaleidoscope", "Uncharted", "YOU", "Batman, The Doom That Came To Gotham", "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina", "The 100", "The Owl House", "Aftershock", and "Emojimovie", among many others.
Tati's impressive body of work has not gone unnoticed, with recognition from esteemed institutions such as Forbes' "Hollywood 30 Under 30" and CAPE's Rising Star Award. Furthermore, she has been nominated for a 2024 Black Reels Awards, solidifying her status as a rising star in the entertainment industry.
Throughout her career, Tati has demonstrated a commitment to her artistry, continually pushing herself to excel in producing, directing, and writing for film and television.
