Tara Emad is an Egyptian actress with Eastern-European features, born to a Montenegrin mother. She started her career as a model and became one of the most sought-after faces in commercials and fashion shows in Egypt and France.
She starred in several hit TV series and films, including Adel Emam's TV series SAHEB EL SAA'DA, the dramas BEN AL SARAYAT and SABAA BANAT, and the film EL-HARAM EL-RABE by Peter Mimi.
Tara Emad doesn't settle for roles that don't showcase her acting skills, making her selective when it comes to projects. She took part in Marwan Hamed's DIAMOND DUST, which generated EGP 30m, and EL KWAYSEEN by Ahmed El-Guindi, which earned more than EGP 20m.
She also collaborated with Hamed in THE BLUE ELEPHANT: DARK WHISPERS, one of the highest-grossing Egyptian films in history, generating over EGP 102m. In the thriller film 122 by Yasir Al-Yasiri, she starred alongside Ahmed Ezz as Jasmine in the musical comedy play ALADDIN.
In the Ramadan 2020 season, she co-starred with Yasmine Abdel-Aziz in the TV series W NEHEB TANY LEH, and in the following season, she starred in two serial dramas - MOUSA opposite Egyptian star Mohamed Ramadan and DED EL KASR (UNBREAKABLE) with Nelly Karim.
She also took part in ads for ZED Park and the 500500 Hospital Campaign, and participated in the Ramadan Gucci Show alongside a cast of pan-Arab superstars.
